Our founder, Jim Rushton, serving as President & CEO has nearly 40 years of combined experience in product service delivery and technology deployment, and services and software marketing. Prior to starting the firm, Jim held various management positions of increasing responsibility with Black & Decker  Inc., Nintendo of America, ServicePower, AIG Warranty, ServiceBench and Mize Software.
